Why did Peaks partner with Yarde Farm?

Our search for the best scooped ice cream began in Surrey and West Sussex, so you might wonder how we ended up choosing a Devon-based ice cream supplier to bring you these delicious flavours? Ultimately, it came down to who offered the best tasting and highest quality range. which we discovered a few summers ago while getting married in Devon.

Yarde Farm is a small, friendly team of ice cream enthusiasts who share our values fully. Their story started over 30 years ago on Yarde Farm near Exeter, where they remained for a number of years before relocating to sunny (sometimes) Plymouth. We got married in Devon on June 29th, and it rained, but the ice cream still tasted great.

The Yarde Farm Gelaticians fill all ice cream tubs by hand and use only the finest ingredients: fresh produce, clotted cream and real fruit. They’ve won over 70 awards since 2005.

Quite simply, we believe this to be the best scoop ice cream available, and we’re delighted to introduce it to Peaks.
